To access your assessment, click the blue button above that says "Start Self-Assessment"

This will open a new browser window. Follow the instructions on the assessment page to submit it to me.

After you submit it, you will be able to view what you submitted.

Voxer is a coaching app we will use to make sure we can stay in touch.

This will open a Google Doc with some instructions on how to create a Voxer account, as well as how to:

• Access Voxer on your desktop computer via your internet browser
• Download the Voxer app on your smartphone
• How to add me as a contact
• & more

Each month you'll get to schedule a 75 minute Vitality Check In with me

You'll be notified via email when it's time to schedule your next call.

To schedule:

• Click the blue button above that says "Log Into Your Account"
• Once inside, you'll see all of your CVN resources
• Click "Rev Collective Coaching"
• From there, choose your session and click "Schedule Now"

I will answer your Voxer messages at least once daily Monday-Friday

Usually I will check Voxer messages in the morning, and again in the afternoon, usually wrapping up for the day around 4pm eastern.

I am very direct and try to balance between giving you specific tasks to complete/asking questions to help you make your own choices.

I am a fast implementer and will hold people to my original advice and not let them drag on overthinking.
