In 2013, I walked into a church that was carrying over three million dollars in debt. The church was tired. The building was falling apart. Most people told me to let it die. We did not. Today, that church is alive, the debt has been minimized, and we have helped plant more than 145 churches across the globe. I did not turn it around with a secret. I turned it around with God's help, a path forward to rebuild, and lots of prayer and tears. And I build frameworks that help churches move from confusion to clarity and renewed vitality. Diagnose
