I’ve been in that place too. There were no networks to lean on, no one stepping up to say, "I’m here to help." That burden is real, and at times, it can feel like you're carrying the whole weight of the church on your shoulders.

When I first started, I didn’t have anyone reaching out to offer support or encouragement either.

The isolation is hard to shake.

But over the years, I’ve seen vitality happen in one of the toughest areas of North America for building reproducing churches.

I’m not just talking about strategies here—I’m offering myself as someone who truly gets the struggle. I’ve been doing this long enough to know that with prayer, God’s spirit, and consistent, faithful effort, we can move toward the vitality that we’re praying for. 

It’s not easy, but when we stick with it, it can bring lasting, meaningful change.
