In 2013, I walked into a church carrying three million dollars in debt. The organization was in bankrupcy and facing foreclosure. Most people told me to let it die. There were not networks to help around me in New Enlgand. I was alone! Attendance was a small and unhealthy culture. The congration was tired. The building was falling apart. I had a wife, two young kids, and no playbook.

God did not let it die. We did not let it die

Today that church is alive. The debt is gone. We have helped plant more than 145 churches across the globe, Helped local New England churches find renewal and health in the hardest soil in America. Outreach named us a Top 100 Reproducing Church.

I did not turn it around with a secret. I turned it around with a path. And I learned this along the way. Most pastors are not failing. They are tired. They are alone. And they do not have a next step.
